I join GSCC in Nov 2010 ther was nothing except crane division. We 13 staff and 13 workers star gscc infrastructure work. We 13 persons team work very nicely to take ISO OHSAS certification and got internal audit trainings. We most of the team arrived in GSCC from NCC. All Engineers, planning Engineer, safety officer, Supervisor and our boss Vice President Mr. R P singh came from NCC. He was from UB construction an Indian femous construction company. Mr. Singh having a very nice experience to get projects and he did the same. We got first two jobs 60 + 60 millions Saudi Reyal with Samsung Company. And this work Samsung took from Bectal and Flour. We GSCC first time became sub contractor and did a good job and our client was very much satisfied. After it GSCC didnot see back every thing was increasing manpower, Equipments buses and cars tool, Fabrication work shop GSCC Own Accommodation camp and catering and so many things. Manpower reached feom 13 members to 600 plus and local people uncounted. GSCC group became femous in Jubail & Dammam Industeial Area. Company was running like a company. But till now no service benifits and other staff welfare was not in system there was every thing in the ISO and OHASAS and in company procedure. But onthe paper not in practice.we got training of internal auditor.Every years Appraisals were reporting two time in a year 6+ 6 months. Food, accommodation and transportation provided by company as it was in service agreement. One month vacation after one year. No thing new this all things every construction company is providing. Because of too much work pressure in construction you can't think about your social life. Social life was zero. Every where having some problems but it depents on man to man thinking. Staff was almost very much helpful and very less politics.
