Salaries r paid in first week of every month with overtime etc bonus was paid every year. Work load was too much, transportion bus pass money was paid,

Dilike is no increments for 11 years, forced to work double duty for a small salary, never talk about vacations, employees never go home happily, returning back will be adviced to go to new projects. Isolation is easy, sit at home no salaries if not listen to them, Higher authority never talk to workers.
