...re facilities are superb, no comparison with most of the companies in Qatar. Salary always on time, All the systems and Procedures are well established within the Company and Implemented most of the time. 80% of the people joining the Company will love it but will not be happy as the time passes because of frequency of Increments and Promotions

Dislikes

Increment, Promotion and Average is the only negative point in the Company.

Likes

... standards of construction, Job security, good accomodation and food facilities and nice Hr policy, timely salary payment.

Dislikes

Salary is relatively less when compared to market and porlonged working hours.

The company is really good, there is a lot of opportunities to learn new work in our career and its management system well organised.

Dislikes

I can say the salary growth is very very less and the annual bonus is also very low when i was working. About promotions its very poor. One who wants to bring his family to stay along with will not get chance to do so, as the company has its own norms and conditions based on that he/she will be eligible to bring their family. These are the worst thing I dislike from this company as we work for the sake of personal growth and family and if we don't get those facilities and benefits its worth a waste of living.

...r compare to others. All staff & work force are well trained to achieve Targets. Salary and career growth is well defined based on performance. Free hand to prove your professionalism for mutual benefit. Being a Interserve company as a partner work environment and work life- balance is comfortable for each individual to deliver targets.

Some times decisions taken by Sr. Management are very painful.

Company is good where you are allowed to learn & develop skill required for the job. They will encourage & support if you are finding difficulties in job. Good Work Culture at site level.

Dislikes

HR policies are hidden & non-transparent. Your Eligibility criteria grade-wise are not clear. For any benefits, we need to do continuous follow-up or else we will not get it. Any approval for benefits & facilities you get from your Line Manager. HR has the final authority to grant it. Working hours may vary from site to site. No overtime.
