Nothing to Like in the Company Except Salary is on Time

Mostly Everything - Such as Low paid Salary, Poor Accomodation, Worst Food, No Laundry facilities, 12 to 14 working hours duty on Fixed salary of 10 hr. Uneducated and Incompetent staff work on upper position due to South Indian Lobby in company, Poor Problem solving culture etc

... you. The worst company, I have seen in my life. There is too much regionalism. They do not pay dues to their employees and forced them to leave company without settlement amount

Good Work environment. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are not bad. They give salary very low

Salary is not good and not get correct time. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 4 years before which you cannot reaign. On the Jo training is give to new joinees

...t good gain based on the work experience and out comes from the respective job..whatever salary will offer get in time..no other issues to me.
