New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. ...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company police are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management does,nt address our issues.salary is decent but career groth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years befor wich you cannot resign.
