Working there as JRF was something I wanted to do as I am interested in research but there instead of research, they burden with teaching duties wholely only. But, teaching gave me a confidence and interacting with the students was a thing I liked. Else than that there was nothing to like there.

They just want their syllabus to be completed and didn't cared about the research work. Even my salary was delayed for 5-6 months there. So, I got a terrible experience there.

In Self finance department management objective is only make money from fee. They treat employee like machine. And boss and students both are always right. In any sisution.
