I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. Starting salary is good. Health policy is good.

Dislikes

Company culture is worst and too much confidencial, no training, no transfer policy, no learning from peers or seniors, no promotion for 8-10 years atleast, no salary growth, salary declines year on year w.r.t. Inflation, no career growth, total disappointment in 2-3 years after joining.
