The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latesh technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products. Work is normal and can learn many if we work hard. Job security is not there as iam in contact role. Increment and promotion we can't expect.

Dislikes

Less career development training and no increments , promotions. Safety also bit comparitively less, if we follow its good to us.
