...od and I got so many new things to learn during my four year of work experience. The salary I would say is good but as its a government job you don't get enough hike the way you expect but nevertheless I am very happy with my life.

This job is transferable which is the most negative part as you have relocate at different places through out your entire career.

Likes

Good work-life balance and culture as a contract based employment. Break time is quite sufficient. Organizational summits are impressive.

Dislikes

Wasting of paper copies is huge. No direct leader or responsible person for any mess. Less number of permanent employees increases the burden on them plus on visitors and normal public can't get their work done on time. No ambitions! Just doing work on daily basis priority which doesn't enhance skills but work load. Permanent employees may get transfer of few days in a week to another city which make them frustrated. No pension and promotion on caste basis bur bot talent.
