Due to 2-3 years of the contract, job security may be a concern but not heard the company had left any employees. I haven't had a single training in my 3-years career with the company.

Likes

Good work and smart work there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issue.

Working at staff level is excellent. Middle level after greo8 it is not comfortable.

Dislikes

Totally union driven company.All perks and bonus is decided by employees' union. Long term settlement is also union driven. All officers have to pray for good settlement by union as officers will get less % than staff members. There is no speller policy for promotion. At one point of time residence period will be 7 years and next year it can happen that the residence period might be five years.

...e best part of it is the management who has been always supportive in all ways . Company policies , salary hike and appraisalas are also good .

There is nothing to dislike about the company . I am quite satisfied with it .

Company didn't even give salary for lockdown period as I am daily wedges worker. Not expected at all. No job security. There is no Company policies for contract worker. No any benefits to contract worker.no medical, no health insurance, not at all any facility for daily wedges workers.

Dislikes

There is no benefit to work as contract employees as there is zero facilities for them.
