Company culture is not gd..not a skill technicians available..Only jugad jugad jugad..only 3-4 senior levels persons runs the company in their own way but actually what is the requirement of the company...no infrastructure

No subsidized canteen facility available.. Salary date is not fixed..and on the festival time just before day salary will be paid..

No any fix date of salary, mostly in month ending Unplanned work culture Festival holidays adjustment by sunday working For Promotion & good increament you need to be boss's spoon To much pressure of work If you resign, they will not give your F&F on time, HR not response even many calls.

Dislikes :- Not a much salary growth here, Learning experience will be good if u want to learn about piping spools and fittings. CANTEEN infrastructure is terrible. Dont get surprised if they call u on Sunday

I mostly like my department and working with supportive colleagues at the starting of my career. Also management also do lot of activities for giving new experiences and make environment like a family.

Blasting area is nearby the shop .

Good place to learn for freshers, good manager engineer who gives best training to fresher.free transportation, medi clam given to staff which really good.

Some rules is different as per other company like probation period, leave for freshers
