The name of GFL company was good. But now the behavior of some politics type HOD is very bad. Here in the night shift, the Night duty officer behaved rudely with the employee and threatened suspension.

-6 +5 days working with 2nd and 4th Saturday. -The breakdown of salary is bad as bonus is deducted from salary and then returned before diwali. Others deducted does not makes sense. -No compensation of food, every day either you have to buy your meal or bring from home. -no proper erp software implemented, due to this keeping a track of materials is difficult. -boss behaviour is not helpful, no matter how experienced you are you will feel like you don't know anything here. (Majorly because of improper erp system) -they always will push you to visit gujrat plant which is located in remote area of Gujarat. -Visiting plant is not recommended as you need to be awake the full night to board the flight. And then visit the plant for the day. - products are meaningless as they won't provide you the vision of the end product. It's all powder, liquid, and granular. -sales projections are received manually and worked out manually for allocations, production planning and delivery. (Takes more time as every activity is manual based on Excel) and there is no time for analysis.
