GERMI is an independent research, training and project management company undertaken by Gujarat Government. We work in the areas of sustainable energy solution in the sectors of renewable energy, electric vehicles, environment, energy auditing and petroleum. GERMI is developing itself to make employees pay at the comparable scale to MNCs, which are working in the similar areas. This will take some more time, which makes employee growth almost stagnant. Although it is changing positively by the time.

It is very pathetic work culture. Think before join on contract. Too much egoist personality of Head. Without reason will shift at any where remote location, no specific task alloted, no growth in RE, NTM, EPD, leading. The Leadership seems to favor a select few individuals, which fosters a culture of favoritism and exclusion. very narrow minded people. Dont focus on location, name.

The seniors are the motivating factor towards our overall development. Plus the team is very helpful and encouraging. Overall it is good experience working here.

There is nothing to dislike once you are working here. In n starting you will find it hard to adjust but once you get acclimatized to to work culture you will find it easy .
