HR and manager are toxic, Freshers salary is higher than experienced person, Toxic work culture, HR level person don't know how to behave with their employees, Management is too lazy

Rotational shift One ATH plant is good for learning another plant is not good. Chances given to freshers engineer

Very bad hr policy Hr management is not good Increamente & perks is very low Increament policy bad Very dusty atmosphere due to boxite handling

Nothing just work like animals under management, need to work more then office hrs.

Dislikes

Worked for more then year but I know how I passed those toughest days , lot of office politics by the management favourite employee, torturing to the new joinee, forcing them to leave the company. Management is not taking any single action on their favourite employee they just want sales sales sale, they are not open to listen the new joinee, If you want to stay in the company you have to follow your seniors and doing their personal work at your costs. Those days were so terribly, thak God I have passed it.

There is a lot to learn and there is progress too, I found this to be a special thing about Credo

The safety is not so good and the maintenance of the plant is not up to the mark, there are not enough facilities
