Poor job security. Work-Life balance issue, Long Working hours, Poor travel facility, Lack of HSE policies, Hire & Fire.. No recognition for hard work n devotion..

Politics & any moment of time you are said to leave the company. Any time they will call you to put the resignation with immediate effect. They are no job security. Every two-three to max six month staff are changing.
