Update system and development of work through morden technic. Completed work with in 4 days with accurate and found mistake of other employees and like to improve them but attitude and age difference effect.

Politics & any moment of time you are said to leave the company. Any time they will call you to put the resignation with immediate effect. They are no job security. Every two-three to max six month staff are changing.
