Yes there are some things which are ok....like ..timely salary, flexible shift

, .... but there are some things which make even these 1-2 good things zero...like Aryanism, politics is there everywhere, but at here it is on beyond limit, bad working life, 24 hours*7*365, it is there every moment, when will it say anything.. rest you all are intelligent....what will you say about a company which has done mass firing 2 times in 5 years...first these people will pick up people who are established in good companies since 10-15 years...Then if they find someone from their area /state or the plant is set up, then they start doing drama...what else should I say. If you join, you will regret it…

Nothing is special to mention. Founder is very good. In starting of global pandemic, There was no single impacted decisions about compensation and benefit towards employee.

Dislikes

Organization culture build by their employee not by company. People makes company but when these people don't resemble with practical issue and everyone is doing job because every individual wants to save his job at any cost then ahead towards degrow.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Partiality in appraisal, promotion, no job security. Company has lay off twice within 4 years period but no impact on Leadership team. Everyday, we go office with thought that today may br last day and if job is not gine thank god. Whole people are looking for jib and whoever is getting running fast
