Before the year 2015 from year 1998 the company was very good, management was good but once after change in management in mid of 2015 it is not up to the level....

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high, Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths. I do receive appreciation email from customers but mostly they go unnoticed during my annual appraisal, also there is no job security, when targets not achieved the employees will be removed without any prior notice.....
