Very less salary package , Incentive is very good on paper ,but very bad on ground level , very less increment below 5 % on 100+ anual target meet ,below 100% achievement there is no increment, on doctor level false commitment HQ LEVEL

Management are not good they use employees and always threat about salary hold and lost of job and dumping of stock never appricate your work

...eam that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base...But main disadvantage is salary growth is very low..

but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
