Initially you think that this the company you would give your full of everything you have to be productive and make the company grow. however, the management doesn't care about your efforts.

That the compensation offered to a fresher was more than other places

Dislikes

I disliked the culture and the core work. At the time of interview,the whole BD team was promised of travel projects to increase hotel partners with the company and a lot of other complex tasks which could help in one's growth but once hired everyone realised that the day to day work was just answering calls and managing bookings with some partner accounts alloted to you.

Lot to learn. But don't expect salary in return.

Dislikes

2 to 3 months late salary, fire employees without any notice, poor management, high level of internal politics. Worst HR department one can imagine. No meals, no cab, no salary, company running in huge losses by still hiring. They are playing with careers of well qualified graduates and post graduates.

It’s the work which motivated me and my colleagues who are super friendly and lovable but they fires you without any reason and always say that we are not having funds. In the interview time they promise you will fulfill your goals with us and only keep person who are from rich class so when they say ask to leave and you don’t ask for salary from them.

1st basic think for employ is Salary .... which comes 25 to 30 days delay ... You can thing about employ motivation if he is getting salary 30 days delay ....

Even if you r dealing with your clients .... sometime they attack you with bad words or some time you visit and suffer there bad behavior... bcas company not pay them also on time...
