Salary delay, no professionalism, toxic environment, no Herarcy, managers are puppets rm runs the whole store even decides week off, no job security, frequently transfer, worst leave policy in retail industry.

Its was a good experience before covid19 but after covid19 and through out the lock down it was a pathetic experience our salary was not coming on proper way and am getting only 20% ,and am working in guess from last 06 year and am not expecting this from my company and I suffer alot till now Even my savings has turn to 0 even I withdraw my pf also 2 time coz am the only one who is earning in my family.. Even my competition brand they are giving full salary to their staff during lock down and till further they are giving full salary to their staff. And am working full month in this kind of situation and still getting very low amount of salary ... In covid19 company should support us like any other competitors And as a company point of view they are treating us like liability but am asset of my company.
