Salary partiality is there, they give high salary for NIT, IIT people, they low salaries to the post graduates from local colleges, but they throw a lot work to local post graduates, work and salary balance terrible. There is no job security. Inherently politics are there. They blindly discriminate local post graduates and NIT, IIT post graduates. Even though local postgraduates having knowledge enthusiasm to work better they treat them cheaply, which creates negative environment

Work pressure No Job Security Senior give all works to junior faculty NBA/ NAC are more important than teaching. If they don't like you then during reviews they will play football with you.
