There's a great learning curve with the company. Being an interior designing company, the company has a small IT team consisting of 8-10 people. So one has to handle projects in different technologies and keep on updating their skills.

...romises in terms of appraisals at the time of joining which are never fulfilled. They hire people on probation period with a low salary and promise to increase after completing probation which never happens.
