Absolutely worst of my working career due to indian director. They had deducted my more than inr 1 lacs from my full and final without giving any reason by taking my compulsory resignation. Indian director is total hopeless and is keeping trust on non testable persons. I hope Italian will not loose their money in India and loose credit of great india.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
