Good just because they provide work from home and also if you are fresher.

Dislikes

I have many points for dislike: -Tech company but give target to the employee just like sales team, nothing good to learn. - Full of micromanagement - No specific SOP for the project every team follow process according to their choice. - Put on PIP during the appraisal.

GTT is a good company for beginners & who have less than 2 years of experience.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

No exposure on technical kinds of stuff & A lot of dependencies is there. You become dependent on international guys as accesses/responsibilities are given to Indian guys. If you are getting an offer & reporting manager is Ajith or Santiago then do not accept the offer. Otherwise, you will sacrifice your own growth by your own hand. The above statements are comes from 5 years of experience.

My colleagues were something that kept me motivated to work. Looking forward to challenges and growth is what I was looking for but none of that happened.

Dislikes

The management was incompetent and spoke only their regional language (Telugu) all the meetings and general communication took place in the same language. You were welcome to the club only if you knew Telugu. Any suggestions and ideas presented were turned down and you were shown the door. Only people with high political behavior could survive in the company as that is the only skill they look for. Your ability and talent do not matter at all.
