Key department , core department employees are ruled by supporting department employees and these supporting departments employees are years together working and management also treats them as above to core department employees. More groupism among them.

In my experience,GTN is Great place to work good scope to learn, Thanks for the management for sophisticated work atmosphere which facilitates easy process, standalone Tally ERP to carry out purchase activities smartly .Well experienced bosses always encouraging with back support while tackle the suppliers and traders.Being a purchase head, Greatly honored and extreme support from VP / CFO and from GM Finance & GM Operations while deciding financial parameters pertaining to procurement's and its fy budjets .Friendly work atmosphere. knowledgeable factory and support team. Even thou work pressure is very high also we always enjoying beautiful ride of 95 kms joyful journey from city office to factory for which visiting 4 to 5 times in a month

during Covid-19 i have not worked at GTN, size wise Company is a big. But TOP people are : less intelligence more powers type.... if you are a person of licking shoes .. you can work till you die over there ...> 16 people are there above the age of 60.

teammates are good.... remaining are a MYTH.
