My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. It is, without a doubt, the worst organization I have ever been associated with. The management's complete disregard for employee well-being and growth is alarming, but what truly stands out—in the worst way—is the HR department, specifically the HR Manager. The HR Manager is a prime example of how one toxic individual in a leadership role can ruin the entire work culture. Arrogant, disrespectful, and utterly unprofessional, she lacks even the most basic understanding of how to treat people. Instead of fostering a supportive and collaborative environment, she thrives on manipulation and control. Her approach revolves around playing psychological games to assert dominance and maintain a toxic hold over the team. She expects everyone to bend over backward for her, as if the workplace exists solely to feed her ego. This kind of behavior is not just unacceptable—it is dangerous. It creates a hostile environment where talented individuals are demotivated, mentally exhausted, and forced to either conform or leave. If you're someone who values your mental health, career progression, and basic respect as a professional, I strongly urge you to reconsider before stepping into this company. No one deserves to have their future compromised because of such toxic leadership. I hope this review helps someone make an informed decision and avoid the mistake that I made.

This company is a complete disaster. Easily the worst place I’ve ever worked. Management couldn’t care less about employees, and the biggest problem is Ashu Kohli, the HR Manager—arrogant, toxic, and utterly unprofessional. She doesn’t lead; she manipulates and tries to turn the HR team into her personal puppets. If someone refuses to play along, she throws them out without a second thought. Her ego-driven behavior has poisoned the entire workplace. If you value your mental health and career, stay far away. Don’t make the mistake I did.
