... Working Culture Third Class, Security Deposit to be paid on Appointment letter. Also salary deposit equal to 1 Month. Deposit never be refunded and forgot it. Salary on 14-15 every month. Salary hold is routine practice. One senior person is handling all and always try to dismissed other senior capable employee. No any trading or work related information. Just give a seat and pc and demanding everything from next day. My past experiences 3 Years, 6 Year, 3 Years with other companies. Here only 1 Month and dismissed. Salary and notice pay not given till date. Never join for safer side. लालच मे मत जाना बाकी आपकी ईच्छा.

There is no technical interview. There is no knowledge persons for conducting proper interview. Main team related relationship and refference person only.

HR Manager said before one day ON Duty, your service not performed. There is techic for job termination. Family person will face financial problems. And most MD and CEO involve to Rig site instead of recruited HRD team.

First HR ask to come for face to face interview even you don't go on 1st time still they insist you to come for interview, when you reach there and wait for 1-2 hours and more in last they said they already select candidate for the post. , even review some my friends working in the company working culture and work appraisal is very worst then smaller company.

The only thing which you can get in here that nothing is according to policy/rule & regulation. The complete system here work like person oriented style.

Way of talking and treatment of management to employees is so poor they are literally use abusive words to all employees not giving salary on time work balance is nothing gm is very ghatiya Advice to all not god for any employee.
