The incentives are good to earn in this company.

You have to achieve a slab of Target to get the incentive but the management will never make you to get the incentives. You have to praise each and every working employee to get a good name. The management will make you to lose self confidence.

Mainly the work culture and no hustle bustle is the highlight of GT Holidays. And primary thing is that you gain a lot of knowledge day by day about how the work is functioning which adds up an upgrade in my skills.
