What I like the most about Gspann is , its cultural principles. The recognition employees receive and the abilty to to communicate openly with top leadership, where even the most junior staff are heard, are standout features. While HR policies could be enhanced, Gspann boasts a team of heighly skilled employees, managers, and Directors. However, a few individuals are tarnishing the company's reputation by engaging in favoritism and internal politics. Moreover, I like flexible working hours.

Dislikes

...vor of 4 day WFO policy, especially when managers still except 24/7 availabilty. the salary increases seem to be capped at 1-3 lakhs, rather than percentge-based. Which mainly benefits only freshers over experienced employees. It's crucial to hire the right people with proper vetting.

Dislikes

Not happy with role and salary, which is not even matching with journey with company since I am part of Gspann many years. Even managers not interested to listen during pay hikes discussion.

Dislikes

Culture missing, ownership missing, less collaboration, increased red-taping in 2024, inconsistent/whimsical rules around cab facilities, etc. Bad cafeteria - minimal options

Compensation is fine for certain platform, skills and roles.

Dislikes

No work life balance, worst management. There is no agile process being followed. Lot of Work pressure, no skilled resources, projects are very less and most of them are support projects.
