Nothing to like about GCC, India.

Dislikes

Stuck under wrong leadership and they will ruin your whole career. Full of nepotism and ego with no scope of openness and transparency. Will create fake situations and make you prey for failures. No support from senior leadership and racism is full-on at senior and middle management. GCC hire senior leadership with no skills and vision leading to product failures. Co-workers see you as enemy and competition and stabs you in the back all the time.

Managers are supportive, free to explore new things. No pressure at all. Hybrid model, suggestion and feedback are heard

Dislikes

Lack of career progression. Employees from Outside of Bengaluru have challenge for accommodation and food in office days.
