After Completing Probation Period What happens with you is not decided or Declare By Company Management. Every Month Very Bad Video Calling about Target, Create Pressurized Environment. Company Management Give 75% High Target without See other Factor which effect in Target achievement. No one company consider your work experience of this company. Only SAP Software experience concider. No one employees are happy working with this company except Management Team Employee. I request you before joining or In training period kindly ask or contact other person which is working with this company for 6 month if anyone remaining (Except Management Team Employee). Do not spoil your career with this company.

The Office layout, Value of each employees, Recognition, Freedom to learn other department work too, Open culture, Celebrations and Stability, Open communication with CEO.

Dislikes

Too much Religious celebrations which is not applicable to all, Two different groups such HODs and Other staff as well as Direct appointed by GSFC and others on GATL role. The people on privilege side consider others as less capable.
