There is no differentiation between hard worker & lazy worker. All are getting same salary. Also purchase policy should be centralized, so that field engineer can actually focus on his technical work for company interest.

I dislike the promotion policy, and work distribution.

As a Mechanical Engineer, its great to work in thermal power station and the working environment is also great.

Dislikes

The only thing that i dislike here is that u cannot enroll in festivals and enjoy it. As u have to run the power plant 24*7 basis. The holidays will be given enough but leave for festivals will be tough to gain.

Likes

In spite of being a government organization, people working there are highly talented and extremally hardworking. They were keen to teach us at their convenient time.

Dislikes

Location was quite remote, well this in not complainable as you can not establish a power plant in between a city or even a nearby area of any city.
