Nothing to like about this organisation. Company management lacks vision, once you join this company be rest assured you won't get a job anywhere else, the reason being lack of exposure, management is clueless and hardly would listen to your creativity or idea's, no career path even though you tell them 1000 times during appraisal. HR dept is absolutely useless. Those who have left the company have not got a single job outside. So be careful before joining this organisation or join at your own risk.

According to policy u get mobile accomodation. I was contract staff as per policy if you leave the company then you have to pay 50% but they have deducted my 100% when I asked to HR she revert me as per her policy you cannot do anything against the HR this is the worst thing I have seen in the organization
