In Grundfos, the compensation is decent but growth rate is little buit slow means that the promotions will happen only after 3 or 4 years. The Work pressure is little high so that it will have an impact on the Work Life Balance.

I am thankful to grundfos which provided me full freedom to work on all layers. Never fight for yearly appraisals as I used to good hike without asking. Respectful and safe work environment.

Good work environment and supportive teammates. Company policies are employee friendly. Group policies are getting implemented well now.

Few Management people's have indulge politics so deep that is impacting Company DNA and making it worst.

No value for people , employees well being is only in speeches not in reality. In a nut shell , it's not work place for hard working sincere. If you have hold of your managers you can scratch the seat for years , no matter you work or not. Alas, no job security if you are a sincere hardworking and ready to work anytime

Company has a good brand name other that no value for people. Especially if you are straight forward and hard working without any top level support, you're equivalent to garbage

People are insecure in this company, they will not give any opportunity. They show double standard, on face very good but busy cutting your root. Earlier Grundfos was know for technically sound professionals but now the company’s approach has changed. The managers are cunning, they love to screw their subordinates and love to call themselves LEADERS. They are typical managers.
