Endless List of Things about dislike. Team Lead, Manager, HR, Engineering Manager, US staffs full list of useless and stupid employees. Late salary payer, No SOP, No Planning, Worst Product, Salary below market standards, Office full of insects, No Proper desk, Laptops and headphones are dirty and outdated. Office boy/Cleaning staff have more power than CEO and they can order or abuse any staff, Manager is such a sick personality and have negativity of everything. If you would like to experience like Hell, you are welcome to this so called company.

Restaurant Domain application so if you want to get the experience of restaurant domain or Hospitality domain than you can join the company but here only politics are there

Dislikes

There are so much politics. We can say only politics are there. Nothing to grow for employees. Always management Like Team leads and managers, director and even CEO all are demotivating the employees.hey are not motivating to their employees for their good work but always finding the missing bugs and demotivating them so they cannot ask anything while there appraisal time. HR and upper level management are doing so much politics. There is no working growth. HR is not good. Work from home are not provided even though they are promissing missing while joining the office. There is no safety of job. Saying that providing flexible hours but in real only one hour flexible time and also if they do not want to provide flexible time then team leads ask to join on time. Company is providing 5 days leave paid leave quarterly but if you use 5 days leave in a quarter than they are saying that you are taking number of means more lives so your performance is not good and if you are not taking the paid leaves then your paid leave gets left and after the year company is not encash those leaves. So there are so many things which are not good.

No particular process for any development so you can develop your skills get a chance to work with offshore team

No Encouragement for suggestions for process improvement very mis managed company driven by 4--5 person.

Company understand family first. You can spare time for your family in middle of work for any emergency.

There is nothing called dislike. You enjoy work culture once you familier with other teammates and management.
