Have some local politics, huggers even don't about this. If one situation happened like one way floor managers and others will take this to another way. Infact no employee surely not liking this culture. But if we need work we need to overlook these all things..If I got any another opportunity in backend deffenetely I will by rejoining. Thank you

...unting qualifications like b.com also. They does not adopt to a new system also. If u come late for one day 2rs will get deducted from salary and taking more time for eating lunch also reamins same fine. More that 3 late punch half a day salary will get deducted.should not take more than10 mins to go to bathroom. No career development. Such a worst organization to work with. No leaves for festival. During Akshay thriti all of the employee should go to showroom and work for the whole day by standing. And many worst culture is there...

Did not appreciate for the work If we work more give some credit and insensitive is very useful to families and friends We feel doing work in routine life give some enjoyments In some times we feel work timings is high time give 8hr work or shift timings
