In last one year 13-15 new joining me are done. Out of this 11 employee leave Groz beckert. Appraisal is only done for higher management. No hike no promotion

No salary hike they just give you permits.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Presently recruiting below average candidates. Career growth is very negligible even on promotion the work is not changing only some additional salary. Appraisal system is totally biased and one has to sign the appraisal only. Training is only to fulfill the requirement of internal systems as it is of no use because neither related to your work nor to the product. Very low level dirty politics is there. At present working environment is also becoming very poor due to poor leadership and non professionalism approach of Management.

Work culture worst. NO leaves , Even the timings of coffee is also defined, Worst policy you ever encounter. NO help at all. No Support, Toxic work culture. 6 days a week.
