...omfortable with hindi then it will take sometime to mingle with the crowd here. WLB takes a hit sometimes (mostly its fine), career growth is slow (1-2 years for salary hike, 3-4 fpr promotion)

There’s a lot of politics and a lot of favouritismThey expect you to perform without giving any knowledge transfer which is difficult as you do not know how to go about it and require some additional support from the management for at least 1 to 2 months. We will see hustle culture that you are expected to follow. The teammate won’t help much as everybody is busy with their work or interacting with other people. The meetings don’t happen as nobody joins the call, very less of learning opportunities.

Think of Groww not much as a startup, but more as an early retirement plan. Here you will enjoy perks of a "Stable" environment- stability in the sense that innovation has been laid to rest in peace, and learning opportunitues have been put on an indefinitr pause. Its a comfortable place to coast along, savor the benefits, and watch as true engineering innovation fades into the background. Here, you can rest easy, knowing that the primary focus is on accumulating ESOPs rather than solving actual business problems. If you are looking for exciting and challenging workplace with room to groww... maybe keep looking. But if you are ready to kick and enjoy the cozy vibes of a "good retirement company", this might be the right place for you.

Please make this 1 star review to reach our honorable CM mr. Siddaramaiah sir... please help us by considering we are HUMANS.... no positions left for us.. and they have removed us only bcoz of our language and has give all management positions to north indians... this is sad... and employees like sunil and team should be answerable for all this.... CEO should hire good fair leaders to handle things... this is real BAD! GOVT should really make some rules to help every human who are working.

Favouritism. "Who says" is more important than "what is being said" in meetings. Sometimes, you might feel like you're being penalized for being smart. If there's a problem, the founders will always side with the senior management (zero respect for level 2 employees).
