Think of Groww not much as a startup, but more as an early retirement plan. Please make this 1 star review to reach our honorable CM mr. Siddaramaiah sir... please help us by considering we are HUMANS.... no positions left for us.. and they have removed us only bcoz of our language and has give all management positions to north indians... this is sad... and employees like sunil and team should be answerable for all this.... CEO should hire good fair leaders to handle things... this is real BAD! GOVT should really make some rules to help every human who are working.

Favouritism. "Who says" is more important than "what is being said" in meetings. Sometimes, you might feel like you're being penalized for being smart. If there's a problem, the founders will always side with the senior management (zero respect for level 2 employees).

Before It was a good company but day by day the company is getting spoiled. Headless people are promoted as managers and you have to butter them all times. We guys have to work like hell but still managers don't notice our work

I dislike how the management is working they are only recruiting temporary employees and after few day they will leave and the company expect us to work 24 X 7 and still say not enough and if you guys join here there will be no future at all. The company knows you will not get jobs outside so they will give you all types of torture. I was one of the best company but today its heading towards collapse
