...omfortable with hindi then it will take sometime to mingle with the crowd here. WLB takes a hit sometimes (mostly its fine), career growth is slow (1-2 years for salary hike, 3-4 fpr promotion)

Siddaramaiah sir... please help us by considering we are HUMANS.... no positions left for us.. and they have removed us only bcoz of our language and has give all management positions to north indians... this is sad... and employees like sunil and team should be answerable for all this.... CEO should hire good fair leaders to handle things... this is real BAD! GOVT should really make some rules to help every human who are working.

Favouritism. "Who says" is more important than "what is being said" in meetings. Sometimes, you might feel like you're being penalized for being smart. If there's a problem, the founders will always side with the senior management (zero respect for level 2 employees).
