There are many Cons as listed below: Worst training module structure. Trainers with absolutely poor experience. They hire us Virtual Assistant but they will tell us to randomly complete task which is not even relevant to our job role. They don't care how proficient we are in our field of work. If u don't know content writing or blog writing, you will be thrown out of your job. There is no job security at all trust me. No appreciation of creativity. You will be pushed to some boring training module which is paidless and each module will really consume time. You will be thrown out if you don't complete the training module on time no matter how good you are in completing each and every task.

It provides us with a very good remote working environment. It has excellent and flexible work culture. The policies of the company are transparent and more beneficial to the employees. It is a very good company to work.
