Working with Growup has helped me develop new skills and enhanced my productivity through extensive training! Their training model is exemplary.. I have seen so much growth in my skills. It provides great work-life balance especially for female.. "My exact reason for joining Growup!" But I got so much more in the training. I recommend Growup to everyone especially females who are willing to earn money alongside skill development.

In my personal experience the company doesn't follow any process. Just for the sake of targets recruiting candidates randomly and putting then into the unpaid training. Finally they give reasons as performance issue and skill set not matching. Join this company only if you have VA experience otherwise choose a better opportunity. No enough clients, poor management and they don't have a standard process. After reviewing all the reviews it clearly shows that the company has made to write the review as part of the training task.

Working at Growup helped me to manage work and time, and made ne realize that communication is the only way to make the work environment smoother. I had an amazing training period working at Growup while working from home and having flexibility in working hours.
