New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

The natural beauty outside the factory premises located at Falta.. Hooghly rivers bank is beautiful..Company Mess available at factory premises.. Only fooding charges paid by employees and workers..Bonus, PF, ESIC, Annual increment available as per statutory norms..

There is no company policies at all.. Huge work pressure in HR section..Company involved you 24*7 days (No personal life). Workers and all other employees of the company never support to you (Unofficially creates two lobbies). Workers are very much aggressive and may hurt to you sometimes. Canteen not available. Job security depends upon yourself. Union people disturbed you much more.. HR room is very bad.. No air conditioning facility. Employees & management bodies thought, nothing to do HR..never happy to them.. HR, Safety, Admin, Compliance all are handle by 1 person.. Labour contractors monthly norms and everything also finished by you and its your additional responsibility and didn't get any extra time!
