Apart from salary coming on time, there is nothing good in the company

Here work is good for civil engineers but not for mechanical engineers, the whole company is full of civil department, no one in the company has PEB knowledge.The food here is the worst, you won't find such bad food anywhere else in India

Only salary is on time all other is rubbish. No proper rules and regulation. If there is any, it's only for local people.

No promotion in merit, no increment on merit. Company achaa employees ko nhi rokta hai jaane se but naya employees jisko kuch pata nhi h usko extra salary de kr bula leta hai.

Store management very poor of HO. Any senior staff not support to junior staff, salary timing not fixed, no clear your salary after left you. Always hold your salary, Site PM not support to store department, don't join this company.

Very poor management. After registration they are not paid any clearance & salary for all employees. Totally vokash company.

If you want job security without any hard work, this company is well suited for you. All good facilities are available for staff.

GROUP SURYA DOESN'T VALUE THEIR EMPLOYEES. Hr policies are not good. Hr department only have 3-4 MBA Hr's all others are BA or Bcom qualified kids. These kids doesn't respect even senior engineers. Hr department is very rude and ingnorant towards employees. Tendering & estimate costing department is not good. Main reason for project failure is tendering department. Store and purchase department is not efficient in completing their responsibility. Main reason for project delay is store and purchase department. Higher management is not good. PM's and project co-ordinators are either not capable or corrupt.
