I just started working for 3 months.In these months as a fresher i never felt the place as weird.Everyone is like friends and family.When it comes to learning,I can see a transformation of me in these 3 months knowledge wise.My seniors are always available to me whenever I have a difficulty or doubts.We play games inside our office which makes our mind relax.I like working in the company so much

Good learning opportunities with latest technologies. This is my first company where my career started in Grootan. I work happily collaborating with everyone, knowing the end-end process in all projects. I love working at Grootan Technologies. The growth of the company is also reaching heights, and recruitment is also being going on increasing the team size. Working here, we can explore in what all fields I'm interested like android, iOS, front-end, back-end, DevOps apart from my main position. Incase of emergency situations, company gives high preference and takes the best step and solution.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is little bit tough to maintain, since we don't have log in and out time , it's both the merit and de-merit. We have to work late night, to complete the works. Other than that, everything is fine

Best place to start a career. Joined as a fresher, deep-dived into projects, and learned with experience. Provided MacBook Pro, since they wanted nothing to be stopped from learning.

Since, it's a learning phase, spent more time learning and felt work-life misbalanced at a certain point.

Speaking about life @ Grootan, The first thing is "The Work Culture", The best working culture you ever want to experience, the company has the best way possible to have a place to work in a fun guaranteed environment. Team out to a hotel occasionally to bond with the other teams.. and In case of a hard situation, the company will take care of your needful, as well you provided with around-the-clock snacks for the love of food... Speaking on work - Very friendly environment with super cool seniors, also a good learning opportunity where they allow you to develop your skills apart from work with the latest technologies without any restrictions...

The first impression during the interview process was like we can learn new technologies and it will faster as this company is a startup and they mentioned that there would be learning in vast fields.The recruitment process was very good and tested every things which i learned so far, so i was very much satisfied about my selection. After i joined, i am having a good decent work environment.All people behave like colleagues irrespective of managerial position or higher positions.we can switch to any technologies which we like or wish to work on which is i majorly like about this company.working hours are flexible which make me balance both work and personal life.
