I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Good salary.. Party culture People around you got hired well they are really good at what they do so you can learn a lot from them.. till the time they are there. Eventually everyone will leave them.

If you are someone who don't know office politics and can't bare it.. Don't join this company.. favouritism and politics is in the blood of the company.. they will try to extract every inch of you and make you do job for them. And when it comes to appraisal and promotion they will give it to their favourites... No leaves... Whenever you go to office for f2f interview just look around you.. you'll find dead people working there waiting to get out ASAP.

Work culture is very good. every quarter there are some refreshing parties planned so as to build team bonding. Every friday there are some small games planned for refreshment. Work timings are also fixed with fixed offs. Higher Management is easily approachable. every team is very much creative and supportive

Total biasness involved. Doesn't matters how much efforts you deploy in a work you will never be appreciated for the same and no promotions or position . Managerial level positions are the worst.

Dislikes

I survived to work for a year and it was very disappointing to see that gromo hardly could retain good talent leaving on thier face because of the sick politics that trickles down from the upper management. Huge problem of work life balance, don't join if you have health issues - because you may die and will be kicked out but won't get a leave to recover. If you are even 5 mins late its a huge deal and you may get a warning for half day leave deduction too.
