Initially, the product was good, but since they pivoted they are selling product which provide less return then FD, but presenting numbers in such a way that a normal customer think the deal is great.

Dislikes

They expect you to work in weekends and long nights, and there is favoritism in the management some family friends get everything and can get away from anything. AVP doesn't know about tech at all. Micro management is at its peak, with a blame and finding scape goat mentality.

Everything else. There is no departmental harmony, managers don't let their team grow. They just like pulling out mistakes.. No suggestions no discussions only arguments. Have their own favorites and rest of the team is just for work
