Developers don't have much scope in this company. I suggest not to join, if you are holding another offer. Or else you can work for 1year and leave. But you wonton learn any new tech stacks here.

Work culture is very good. My Teammates are full supportive. Recently they provided cafeteria. And Company Gave Appraisal in this corona pandemic situation.

Politics of appeasement is at an all-time high there. Employees who can surrender their self-esteem and bow down to this stay, others leave or are bound to leave. The work environment is toxic and the pressure too high, especially on them who are not in the good books of the management. Neither will you grow as a person nor as a professional. You will rarely come across opportunities to do something exciting and that too might slip out of your hands if you just rely on merit and not flattery.
