There is no Employee Retention Policy in this organisation . High attrition rate due to lack of work life balance, work pressure

Only cultural activity in org is better nice throughout the year, there is a vision of md ONLY TO GROW BIGGER.

Only selected staff get promotion and out of the way benefits strict timing like school , come in time and go in time, in between if go outside office get salary cut. and MD monitors this in and out time. really. You can not go out of office for lunch time. the worst thing. no worklife balance, for interns this is good company to take out 3 compulsory years, only 12 leaves you get, like cs approved wfh facility to selected persons only. no recognition of any work you do. GSBL ops head is so rude you can not speak to him for process also and personally also. and believe a truly non professional person. shouts on every staff daily in front of other staff, also in team meeting also he dont have decency to speak. He seems he knows everything . Before joining any position this Gretex group please ask some of staff then only join.

Pathetic lala culture . No one knows how to work. All credits taken by manager but if anything goes wrong they blame employees. They hire people in bulk then fire them without notice in the name of performance.

Have Job Security. Staff will be having hectic work schedule and working hours are more but they will be benefited with valuable compensation. Friendly work environment.

Only the work time is more, but I feel that required.

I liked how patient and supportive everyone was during my internship. they have heard my voice everytime I had anything to say. Everyone was very helpful and supportive and have guided me throughout my internship.
